We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Front Office Operations Specialist to join our team in Edinburgh. As a key member of the Front Office team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's front office.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £22,000 - £26,000 per annum, depending on experience. Key responsibilities include:
• Coordinating and managing front office operations to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Providing administrative support to the Front Office team to ensure efficient operation
• Assisting with the implementation of new procedures and policies to improve service quality
• Working closely with the Senior Management Team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
