We are looking for Front Desk Representarive at noida for night shift only for female candidate.

JOB OVERVIEW: -
We are looking for a pleasant Front Desk Representative to undertake all receptionist and clerical duties
at the desk.
You will be the “face” of the company for all our international clients who calls at our Centre and will be
responsible for the first impression we make.
The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easy going personality while also being very perceptive and
disciplined. You should be able to deal with complaints and give accurate information. A customer oriented approach is essential.
RESPONSIBILITIES:-
1) Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, paper etc.)
2) Greet and welcome clients over the call.
3) Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
4) Answer questions and address complaints
5) Keep updated records, files and sheets.
REQUIREMENTS:-
1) Proven experience as front desk representative, agent or relevant position
2) Proficient in English (oral and written)
3) Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
4) Customer service orientation
5) Graduate and additional qualifications will be a plus
