McDonald's is Hiring A Front line/Drive thru Cashier

This position is available to an independent franchisee who manages and owns a restaurant and is permitted to utilize McDonald's trademarks and merchandise, among other things, in the course of doing business. It is not for McDonald's USA. If you are hired for the role outlined here, the franchisee will be your employer and not McDonald's USA. The franchisee is the only one in charge of staffing, scheduling, disciplining, employing, and firing workers at the company. Regarding employment, McDonald's USA has no control over the restaurant; all other employment-related matters fall under its sole jurisdiction. McDonald's USA will not receive a copy of your employment application, nor will the company be involved in the hiring process.
