Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced Front End Architect to lead the design and development of scalable and high-performing front end solutions. In this role, you will define architectural standards, guide development teams, and work closely with our client stakeholders to bring digital experiences to life.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and drive the front end architecture and technical direction across web and mobile platforms.

Establish and maintain coding standards, performance benchmarks, and best practices.

Lead architectural decision making, including framework and tooling selection.

Design and architect solutions using modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue).

Lead development teams to deliver digital solutions.

Conduct code reviews, provide technical mentorship, and support the professional development of front end developers.

Ensure front end performance, security, accessibility (WCAG), SEO, and cross browser/device compatibility.

Stay skilled up on current and emerging front-end technologies.


Requirements:

6+ years of experience in front-end development, with at least 2–3 years in an architectural or technical leadership role.

Experience leading front end development teams, included hybrid onshore/offshore teams.

Expert level knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, and at least one modern front end framework (e.g., React, Angular, Vue).

Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and integration patterns.

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, etc.).

Proven experience in enterprise scale applications or SaaS platforms.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
