Job Summary
We are looking for an individual with an outgoing personality and a passion for helping patients have a better quality of life. The Joint Chiropractic is seeking dynamic and energetic candidates to join our team as Wellness Coordinators. As a Wellness Coordinator, you will play an important role in providing exceptional patient services while contributing to the success of our membership based model of health care.

Hiring event will be Monday June 23, 2026 at our Zephyrhills location

Responsibilities

Providing excellent service to all of our patients!
The Wellness Coordinators primary responsiblity is to gain memberships in order to meet sales goals.
Greeting patients upon their arrival and checking them in to see our Chiropractic Physicans.
Answering patient phone calls.
Recongnizing and supporting team goals and creating and maintaining positive relationships with all team members.
Maintaining the cleanliness of the clinic and organization of the office.
Confidence in presenting and selling memberships and visit packages.
Completing sales transactions efficiently and accurately, providiing a seamless experience for patients.
Address patient issues with professionalism and based on putting our patients first, in order to provide a positive patient experience and build long lasting relationships.
Willingness to grow and learn

Requirements

Outgoing personality with a BIG heart and a genuine passion for promoting wellness and a healthy lifestyle.
Previous sales experience preferred.
Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with our patients.
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
Basic computer skills.
Ability to work cohesively with others in a fast paced enviroment.
