Front Desk Receptionist

We require a candidate who has excellent communication skills and proficiency in English. The candidate should also be able to handle sales and shall be rewarded with incentives

Role & responsibilities

It is a front desk job along with sales at our premium fitness center in Cochin, Kerala. The candidate should be able to handle computer operations such as carrying out billing, manage the gym operations through our CRM software, sales conversion through leads from social media, WhatsApp, website, walk-in clients, etc. The candidate will have to provide a gym tour to the walk-in clients and give a brief about our gym and make sure to follow up with the leads. The candidate should also handle existing clients and follow up with their membership renewals, etc.

Perks and benefits

There will be a basic salary of 16,000 along with incentives depending on the sales achieved. The candidate can achieve a good amount of incentive depending on their conversion of leads!
