Job Description

We are seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will have strong office experience, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with various computer applications. Experience in Automotive related office settings is a plus. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where organizational skills and attention to detail are highly valued.

Responsibilities

Greet visitors and clients professionally, creating a welcoming environment
Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and courteously
Handle data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks as needed
Maintain organized filing systems both digitally and physically
Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff or practitioners
Perform clerical duties including proofreading, document preparation, and record keeping
Support administrative functions such as billing, bookkeeping, and customer support
Ensure the front desk area remains tidy and organized at all times
Assist with general office tasks to support team operations and client needs
Experience

Prior office experience with strong organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools
Experience with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software is preferred
Excellent typing speed and accuracy along with strong data entry skills
Knowledge of front desk procedures in medical or dental offices is advantageous
Strong customer service skills with professional phone etiquette
Clerical experience including filing, proofreading, and administrative support
Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and office equipment
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Bilingualism will be a bonus point. Prefer Cantonese or Manderin.
This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining professionalism. Candidates should demonstrate excellent communication skills, technical proficiency, and a friendly demeanor to succeed as our Front Desk Receptionist.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $17.60 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 44 per week
