JOB DESCRIPTION

• Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism.

• Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations efficiently.

• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.

• Coordinate with housekeeping, operations, and other departments to meet guest

requirements.

• Maintain accurate records of guest details, payment processing, and room assignments.

PROFILE

• Experience: Min 2-4 years. Freshers welcome.

• Industry: Hospitality, Hotel Management.

• Skills: Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills especially in English. Ability to

multitask and manage time effectively. Problem Solver and attention to detail.

• Degree: Diploma or Degree in Hospitality or relevant field.
