Fresher | US Recruiter | Night Shift

Responsibilities:
• Work as recruiter for clients in the US.
• Source candidates using job portals including Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.
• Upload resumes to the ATS, conduct phone screening, and coordinate with hiring managers.

Technology skills:
• MS Word, Computer Skills, Computer Savvy, MS Excel

Requirements:
• Good English Speaking and Writing Skills
• Exceptional interpersonal relationship and verbal skills; including phone and in-person presentation skills
• Willingness to learn new technologies, new processes
• Hardworking, Motivated
• Strong decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well independently and within a team environment.
• Ok to work in the night shift (7:30 PM IST to 4:30 AM IST) - No exceptions
• Work from our office location in Noida, 5 days a week.

Working Hours: 07:300 PM - 04:30 AM (Night Shift)

WORKING DAYS: MONDAY - FRIDAY (Onsite in our Noida Office)
