Role

The writer will be responsible for writing daily crypto content and producing evergreen content for our French crypto-oriented websites. They will work closely with the French editorial team and will also be required to be a proficient WordPress user and edit and upload his or her articles.

Core Tasks
• Publishing, writing, and editing content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency
• Develop high-quality evergreen content on a daily basis
• Provide editorial and creative support for various projects and assist team members as needed
• Coordinate with outsourced writers and freelancers to ensure content meets company standards and deadlines
• Format and publish content on WordPress
• Achieve a daily output of 3,500 words
• Address any other content-related issues and tasks as they arise

Essential Requirements
• Proven experience and background in the crypto field
• Proven experience in content writing
• WordPress proficiency
• Basic knowledge in on-page SEO best practices
• Organised, self-motivated, results-oriented, strong work ethic
• Experienced researcher and problem solver
• Meticulous attention to detail through proofreading and editing
• Experience in conducting keyword research
• Excellent written and spoken skills in the French language

Nice to have Requiements
• An understanding of SEO
• Experience uploading and formatting content on content management systems such as Wordpress
• An understanding of affiliate marketing
• Experience conducting interviews and writing compelling, original content
• Ability to attend conferences and create networking opportunities

Objectives for the first 3 months
• Consistently delivered around 3k words/day throughout probation
• Took our feedback on board to improve writing/structure/etc
• Remained proactive and available online during agreed working hours
• Helped us with any ad-hoc tasks issued
