Key Responsibilities:
• Manage air, sea, and land freight forwarding operations efficiently.
• Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, transporters, and customs agents for smooth cargo movement.
• Handle documentation (Bill of Lading, AWB, customs paperwork, etc.).
• Build strong relationships with clients and international agents.
• Negotiate freight rates and contracts with carriers.
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations, trade laws, and industry best practices.
• Resolve operational challenges and ensure timely deliveries.
