Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Food Specialist in Delhi, India. The Food Specialist will be responsible for preparing and designing various food items, ensuring high-quality food service, and maintaining hygiene and safety standards. The role involves collaborating with team members, managing food and beverage operations, and demonstrating expertise in cooking techniques to create authentic and innovative dishes.

Qualifications
• Proficiency in Food Preparation and Cooking
• Knowledge and experience in Food & Beverage and Food Service management
• Strong Communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and customers
• Attention to hygiene standards and food safety practices
• Flexibility to adapt to various work conditions and a focus on detail
• Culinary education or certification is a plus
• Experience in traditional and regional cuisines is highly desirable
