About the Role:


As the Fleet Manager, you'll be responsible for driving fleet sales, building long-term relationships with local and national businesses, and delivering outstanding service to corporate clients. You'll be the face of Doncaster Hyundai’s fleet offering; ensuring our clients get the right vehicles, the right packages, and the right support.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement fleet sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
Manage relationships with corporate and leasing customers
Promote Hyundai's class-leading NEV range as a competitive fleet solution
Provide expert advice on vehicle specs, finance packages, and aftercare
Monitor market trends and competitor activity
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer service
Requirements:

Previous experience in a fleet or business-to-business automotive sales role
Strong understanding of the fleet market, including tax and funding options
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
A proactive and self-motivated approach
A full Australian driving licence
