Fine Art Teacher | Offline role

Art Beat is a women-led organisation.

We are looking for passionate teachers who can help us build a strong community of budding artists (for kids).

You can apply even if you are a fresher provided you are skilled in different forms of art. You can join the team virtually but you also have to be physically present in Bangalore.

Mandatory: You have to be available to work for at least 1 year.

Our school is in HSR Layout, Bangalore

Roles & responsibilities

Teach kids from different age groups as per the art school curriculum both Online & Offline.

Plan and prepare worksheets, access the art worksheet online on Google classroom.

Share periodic feedback to kids about their artwork.

Teach allocated students by planning their teaching to achieve progress as per the curriculum.

Providing clear structures for lessons maintaining pace, motivation and challenge.

Ensuring effective teaching and the best use of available time.

Should know how to shoot instructional videos & engage kids in the online class.

Maintaining discipline in accordance with the school's procedures and encouraging good practice with regard to punctuality, behaviour, standards of work.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Needs to have a background in Art/Fine Arts. Self-taught artists are also welcome.

Looking for full-time assistant art teachers.

Prior experience in an Art school or a pre-school is a plus.
