Financial Reporting Manager

Job description
The Keller Group is pleased to partner with our client in the homebuilding industry on their search for a Financial Reporting Manager. This role involves overseeing the preparation of financial statements, coordinating audits, and implementing reporting standards and policies. The Financial Reporting Manager will also collaborate with various departments to ensure financial data integrity and support business decision-making processes.

Responsibilities :
• Oversee the preparation and consolidation of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, in accordance with GAAP/IFRS and company policies.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results.
• Prepare financial analysis and commentary for management, highlighting key variances and trends.
• Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, reporting requirements, and internal controls.
• Stay updated on changes in accounting standards and implement necessary adjustments to financial reporting processes.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA certification preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in financial reporting, accounting, or audit
• Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and financial reporting standards.
• Experience with financial statement preparation, consolidation, and analysis.
• Proficiency in financial software and systems.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
