Hours of Work: 35 hours per week

Location: Our headquarters at Villa Park

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our team.

The Role
This is a brand-new position for an experienced finance professional looking for a challenge in a growing charitable organisation. The Finance Manager will lead the day-to-day financial operations, providing key stakeholders with up-to-date financial information and analysis. They will also make recommendations to improve our financial performance and reporting processes.

Main Responsibilities:
Manage the Foundation's financial operations, ensuring accurate and timely reporting to various stakeholders.
Develop and implement strategies to improve financial performance and efficiency.
Provide expert advice on financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective financial management across the organisation.
