Roleand Responsibilities:
Green clover isseeking a Finance Controller to join their senior management team.The responsibilities for this roleinclude:
• Accounting
• Controlling
• Reporting
• Taxation
• Treasury
• Secretarial
• ProjectCost Management and reporting
• Developingfinancial strategy, including risk minimisation plans andopportunity forecasting
• High-level financialreporting and analysis to guide decisionmaking
• Monthly/ Periodical timely reporting forGroup consolidation purpose
• Regular budget andforecast preparation and reporting
• Stakeholdermanagement
• Inter CompanyReporting
• Cash flowmanagement
• Debt management withlenders
• Working capitalmanagement
• Improving efficiencies and reducingcosts across the business
• Ensuring compliancewith local laws, tax provisions and relevant industry and financialregulations
• Developing financial reviews andproviding comments and processimprovements
• Working closely with management orexecutive teams to share reports and analysisfindings
• Liaisoning with external and internalauditors
• Creating and monitoring companypolicies and internal controls, especially spending controls, tosafeguard company assets
• Strong documentationwith respect to Inter Company/ Related partyTransactions
• Lead ERP or other IT systemenhancements Projects forIndia
CandidateQualifications:
The ideal candidate shouldpossess the followingqualifications:
• 12+ years ofexperience in Finance and Accounts including taxation and strongexperience in Manufacturing
• 10+ years CAqualification experience
• Company Secretary willbe an added advantage
• Experience of workingwith Big Internationally repute Internal and External audit and taxfirms is an added advantage
• Multi-nationalworking experience is a must
• Exposure inTreasury for Manufacturing Company (including all RBI andFEMA)
• Regulatory workingknowledge
• Proficient in datacollection/extraction/validation and use of an advance level of MSExcel and Powerpoint Presentations
• 3+ years ofprogressive experience in financial management is a bigplus
• Experience of Internal Control or ProcessExcellence strongly preferred
• Knowledge of IFRSis a must and US GAAP is a plus
• Experience withSAP, including ERP transition, stronglypreferred
• Will be part of the leadership teamof the Company
