We’re on the lookout for a dynamic Finance Business Partner to join our Support Centre team. This part-time role (between 24 to 32 hours) offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leaders, influence key decisions, and help shape our financial future.

What You’ll Be Doing

Partnering with senior leaders to provide financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic advice
Leading budgeting and performance reviews, identifying trends and opportunities
Supporting decision-making through financial modelling and scenario planning
Driving cost optimisation and process improvements across the business
Preparing clear, insightful reports and dashboards for stakeholders
Ensuring compliance and managing financial risks
Building strong relationships across the business to influence outcomes
What You’ll Bring

CAANZ, CPA, or CIMA qualification with solid management accounting experience
Proven experience in a Finance Business Partner or similar role
Strong communication skills – able to translate complex financial info for non-financial stakeholders
Strategic mindset with a knack for aligning financial insights to business goals
Proficiency in ERP systems, financial software, and Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint
