Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) Consultant
Location : Bangalore (Onsite / Hybrid)
Employment Type : Full-time / Contract
Experience : 4–10 Years (depending on your requirement)
🔶 Role Overview
We are looking for a Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) Consultant who will be responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing Salesforce FSL solutions for enterprise customers. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in FSL setup, workflows, mobility, scheduling optimization, and service operations automation.
🔶 Key Responsibilities
• Gather business requirements for field operations, service processes, scheduling, dispatching, and workforce management
• Design and configure end-to-end Salesforce FSL solutions
• Implement FSL components : Service Territories, Operating Hours, Skills, Work Orders, Service Appointments, Work Types
• Configure Scheduling Policies, Objectives, Work Rules, and Optimization
• Set up FSL Mobile App (iOS / Android) with required flows and offline capability
• Integrate field operations with Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and external systems
• Build process automation : Flows, Approvals, Assignment Rules, Omni-Channel
• Customize FSL UI, page layouts, Lightning components
• Build and maintain reports & dashboards for field service analytics
• Work with dispatchers, field engineers, customer service teams to refine workflows
• Perform UAT, training, documentation, and post-go-live support
• Ensure best practices, data integrity, scalability, and platform governance
🔶 Required Skills
• Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Field Service Lightning
• Solid understanding of Work Orders, Work Types, Service Appointments, Service Resources, Skills
• Expertise in FSL Scheduling & Optimization engine
• Experience with Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, Lightning App Builder
• Knowledge of FSL Mobile and offline-first architecture
• Ability to create custom objects, Apex triggers / classes (Dev skill optional based on role)
• Familiar with integration patterns (REST, middleware, APIs)
• Understanding of Service Cloud (Case Management, Knowledge, Entitlements)
🔶 Preferred Qualifications
• Salesforce Certified Field Service Consultant (highly preferred)
• Salesforce Admin / App Builder Certification
• Experience with onsite implementations in utilities, manufacturing, logistics, telecom, or home services
• Knowledge of Einstein case classification / next-best-action is a plus

• BE / B.Tech / MCA or equivalent
