Job Title: Facility Executive - Technical Job Summary: We're seeking a Facility Executive - Technical to manage all technical aspects of our client's facility, ensuring optimal performance and cost-efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems Implement preventive maintenance programs Monitor utility consumption and costs Manage technical service contractors Conduct regular system inspections Manage technical budget Ensure regulatory compliance Respond to technical emergencies Maintain accurate records Collaborate with facility management teams Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field 3+ years in facility management (technical focus) Strong knowledge of building systems & communication abilities Knowledge of industry standards and regulations The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
