Key responsibilities:

1. Facilitate structured experiential learning sessions for children.

2. Create an engaging, safe, and positive learning atmosphere.

3. Guide children through hands-on activities and project-based tasks.

4. Encourage curiosity, independent thinking, teamwork, and creativity.

5. Ensure safety protocols are followed during all sessions.

6. Manage materials, setup, and session flow efficiently.

7. Maintain discipline in a warm and respectful manner.

8. Support smooth execution of programs and workshops.
