Experienced Staff Nurse

Role Overview:
As an Experienced Staff Nurse at our Borneo Mother and Child care Hospital Thane, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care to patients, particularly in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) and Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). We are looking for dedicated professionals who are passionate about pediatric and neonatal care and are willing to relocate to Thane, Maharashtra.
• Key Responsibilities:

- Provide skilled nursing care to pediatric and neonatal patients in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Monitor patients' conditions closely and implement appropriate nursing interventions as needed.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment plans, and preventive care measures.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- Adhere to infection control protocols and ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
• Requirements:

- Valid GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) registration.
- Minimum 2 to 5 years of relevant nursing experience, with a focus on PICU and NICU.
- Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of pediatric and neonatal nursing practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment.
- Willingness to relocate to Thane, Maharashtra.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
