The Role
We’re looking for an experienced optical dispenser to deliver expert care, create exceptional customer experiences, and support smooth store operations. This is a hands-on role focusing on dispensing and customer service across our Sydney locations.

What You’ll Do

Interpret prescriptions, recommend lenses, take precise measurements, fit frames, and troubleshoot
Maintain accurate customer files, orders, and stock
Support teammates and help maintain a positive, welcoming store environment
Ensure every customer feels confident and well cared for
You’ll Shine If You

Have 3+ years’ dispensing experience (or strong equivalent)
Are confident providing expert dispensing advice
Are organised, detail-oriented, and quality-focused
Communicate calmly and positively under pressure
Are happy to work across multiple Sydney stores as needed
