Experienced HR Professional

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as a Strategic Human Resources Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies that align with the company's goals and objectives. This will involve sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent, as well as ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new employees.

Responsibilities:

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in industrial hiring/recruitment and manufacturing units. They must also have hands-on experience in legal matters and be familiar with relevant labour laws and regulations.
