Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR consultant to help us enhance our existing HR processes and policies in the pharma industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background working in the pharma industry and excellent understanding of labor laws and compliance.

The consultant's primary responsibilities include auditing and modernizing HR policies, aligning processes with labor laws and industry norms, and streamlining recruitment, performance appraisal, and payroll procedures. Additionally, they will provide support for training and development plans, employee engagement practices, and balance scorecard implementation.
