Experience Event Coordinator

About the Role As an Events Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting the execution of creative events that align with guiding principles and values. Key Responsibilities • Provide administrative support for vendor coordination, including procurement and tracking of quotations and specifications. • Procure event essentials, including tasteful decor and high-quality stationery. • Enhance on-site event execution through active involvement in setup, registration, and overall operational efficiency. • Facilitate post-event evaluations by collating feedback from attendees and stakeholders. Required Skills and Qualifications We are looking for an intern who is detail-oriented, organized, and possesses effective communication and negotiation skills. Creativity, adaptability, and collaboration with various vendors are essential. Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in any field or experience/training in Event management. Freshers to 6 months experienced individual with ability to work with children and curating events & fun activities for children. Communication and Teamwork Excellent communication skills (English) to interact effectively with vendors and artists. Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team, share creative ideas, and actively participate in planning and brainstorming sessions.
