As an Executive Investment Banker cum Wealth Advisor within our esteemed financial management company, you will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive financial services to our high-net-worth clients. Leveraging your expertise in investment banking and wealth management, you will be responsible for delivering tailored financial solutions and strategic advice to meet the diverse needs and objectives of our clientele.
Key Responsibilities
• Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals, families, and institutional clients. Act as their trusted advisor, understanding their financial goals, risk tolerance, and preferences to offer personalized investment strategies.
• Wealth Planning and Management: Develop customized wealth management plans encompassing investment portfolios, asset allocation, tax optimization, retirement planning, estate planning, and philanthropic initiatives.
• Investment Banking Services: Lead and facilitate complex financial transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, restructuring, and strategic advisory services. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless execution and achieve optimal outcomes for clients.
• Market Analysis and Research: Stay abreast of market trends, economic indicators, and regulatory changes to provide informed investment recommendations and anticipate potential risks or opportunities for clients' portfolios.
• Financial Advisory Services: Provide expert guidance on a wide range of financial matters, including asset allocation strategies, alternative investments, private equity, hedge funds, and other investment vehicles tailored to clients' needs.
• Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines, compliance standards, and internal policies while maintaining the highest ethical standards in all client interactions and financial transactions.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or CFA designation preferred.
• Proven track record of success in investment banking, wealth management, or related financial services roles, preferably serving high-net-worth clients.
• Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
