Position Title: Executive Assistant to Managing Director
Division: MD’s Office
Location: Chakan, Pune, Maharashtra
Position Summary: The Executive Assistant will be responsible for all activities as mentioned below
Role Description
•Ensure effective calendar & travel management, mailbox of the MD.
•Ensure effective reporting, documentation and filing.
•Coordinate and interact with Company Staff & External Agencies (including Visitors) for information, meetings, etc effectively and handle visitors, phone calls, etc.
•Provide support for various administrative tasks.
•Preparing presentation for various purposes and meetings.
•Maintaining confidentiality of the office and MD’s data.
•Should have strong English language skills.
•Proficient in MS-Office (Word, Excel, Power point).

•Punctual to deliver the tasks on time specified

•Ability to interact with internal (departments) and external clients at a variety of levels and across functions
Qualifications:
Bachelor / master’s degree from accredited university or college
Package: 4 – 5 Lakhs
Experience: Minimum 4-7 years in manufacturing Industry
