At Aloft Remodeling, we’re passionate about transforming homes — one bathroom and kitchen at a time. Our team is recognized for its craftsmanship, customer-first approach, and meticulous attention to detail. We’re growing, and we’re looking for a focused and organized Event Coordinator/Assistant to help us manage trade shows, home shows, and community outreach initiatives.

Position Overview: We’re seeking a disciplined, proactive, and personable professional to coordinate and assist in events, providing key support to our event marketing department. This role requires an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can effectively juggle multiple priorities, and fosters strong relationships with vendors, clients, and teammates. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented & excels at maintaining professional relationships. This is a full-time hybrid position where you’ll work from home a few days each week, with regular in-office presence once or twice weekly. You'll also be active in the field, supporting major home shows and trade events.

Key Responsibilities:

Find events in Phoenix and southern CA
Keep communication with vendors and maintain event calendars and trackers
Plan, organize, and execute events such as trade shows, home shows and street fairs with team help
Administrative tasks as needed (data entry, phone screens)
Represent the company professionally and warmly at public-facing events
Have weekly meetings with the events department
Keep communication & collaboration with your team
Brainstorm & strategize for future ideas and concepts
Bonus Points For:

Experience in the home improvement, construction, or design industries
Familiarity with CRM tools or event management platforms
Leadership experience
Requirements:
Full-time availability
Reliable transportation
effective communication
Weekend availability
1-2 years in event planning or marketing
Lift heavy items (40lbs)
Drive a 16-foot box truck
Valid driver license
