Cool Cactus Events delivers exceptional production and operations for high-end corporate events, brand activations, and social experiences. Our work spans conferences, product launches, exhibitions, sports activations, and large-scale public events.
Role Overview
We’re seeking a Production Manager who can manage event production, vendor coordination, budgeting, and on-site execution. You will be responsible for ensuring every event is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage all technical and operational aspects of events, including AV, staging, lighting, branding, and décor.
• Develop detailed production plans and timelines for each project.
• Source, negotiate, and manage vendor relationships for cost efficiency and quality.
• Conduct site inspections, manage logistics, and oversee on-ground teams during setup and event days.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and compliance regulations.
Skills & Requirements
• Experience: Minimum 4+ years in event production/operations, preferably with exposure to corporate and large-scale events.
• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of AV systems, fabrication, stage design, and branding.
• Management Skills: Strong vendor management, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Execution: Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
• Andheri, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
