Job Title: Events & Marketing Executive
Location: Fulham, London (Part-Hybrid)
Salary: £30,000–£32,000 DOE
Some international travel required

Are you ready to deliver impactful events and bring creative marketing campaigns to life?
We’re looking for a proactive, detail-driven Events & Marketing Executive to join our friendly, fast-paced team. This is a brilliant opportunity to get hands-on with all aspects of event management and marketing, working on industry-leading conferences and workshops that make a real difference in the healthcare world.

What You’ll Be Doing

In this varied role, you’ll be a key player in the planning, logistics, promotion, and delivery of major events. From coordinating interactive workshops and managing online platforms, to crafting compelling communications and supporting events on the ground, you’ll be at the heart of it all.

One week you might be updating registration systems and briefing suppliers — the next, you’ll be helping manage live polling tools or fine-tuning mobile app features. You’ll also travel to support key events in the UK and abroad.

Key Responsibilities
• Event Logistics – Coordinate venues, signage, equipment, staffing, and entertainment for events.
• Platform and Registration Management – Oversee event listings, registration systems, mobile apps, and polling tools. Ensure platforms are tested and launched seamlessly.
• Marketing and Communications – Create announcements, manage editorial deadlines, update websites (WordPress), and run email campaigns (Campaign Monitor).
• On-Site Support – Provide logistical support during events, both in the UK and internationally.
• Team Collaboration – Work closely with the wider events, sales, and content teams to ensure everything runs smoothly.

What We’re Looking For
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• A team player who communicates well and adapts quickly.
• Passionate about creating high-quality event experiences.
• Comfortable using CMS platforms, registration systems, and basic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
• Willing to travel and provide hands-on event support when needed.

Bonus Experience
• Familiarity with tools like Zoom or ON24 for virtual events.
• A flair for content, design, or editorial marketing.
• Previous experience in B2B or healthcare events is helpful but not essential.
