Events Manager

Robert Half is currently looking to fill an Immediate Events Manager position. The Events Manager position would be working a hybrid schedule- working onsite and remote. The Events Manager will assist the marketing department in planning, coordination, management and execution of company offsite events. The Events Manager will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, good with multitasking, good with coordinating events, and planning corporate events. The Events Manager needs to have prior experience coordinating events. The Events Manager needs to have flexibility in schedule to be able to work overtime if needed. Job ResponsibilitiesSupport events and marketing department Assist in coordinating, planning, organizing and executing overall eventsManage events over 400+ attendeesWork with vendors and handle contract negotiationsCoordinate and manage RSVPs, updating event software, and managing overall event check in process Support marketing department on event signage and designsProvide great customer service to customers and working with the executive teamsHandled various administrative taskCoordinate tradeshows and event expos Able to work with multiple departments Can lift up to 30 pounds when helping put together an eventExperience workign with a variety of different vendors
