Duties:-
• a. Strategic level thinking to set-up high quality workshops by working with our partner healers and therapists
• b. Complete accountability of every workshop; from set-up to execution
• c. Setting up finalized workshops by following the process of calendar management, content packaging, publishing the workshop content, marketing the workshop, incoming enquiry management and lead nurturing, outbound tele-calling to potential workshop attendees, management of the workshop day
• d. Working with the content and marketing team wherever required
• e. Leading the dedicated tele-caller for events
• f. Ownership of profitability for each event
