Job Title: Customer Experience Coordinator – Live Events Support

Location: Hybrid (In-Office 3 Days/Week), Atlanta, GA, 30338

Are you passionate about live events and ensuring that customers have the best possible experience? EliteHire Solutions is partnering with an industry leader in the eCommerce live ticket space, and we're looking for a dedicated Customer Experience Coordinator to handle incidents and customer issues that occur at live events. This is not a technical help desk role but an opportunity to ensure smooth, memorable live event experiences for ticket buyers.

About the Role:

As the Customer Experience Coordinator, you will be the frontline in managing and responding to incidents related to live events, including changes in event schedules, weather-related disruptions, and ticket issues. Your focus will be on providing swift, effective resolutions to customer and employee inquiries while working collaboratively across teams to ensure seamless event execution.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and address real-time incidents affecting live events, such as delays, cancellations, or changes in schedules.
• Respond quickly and professionally to customer inquiries via chat, email, and internal communication systems.
• Proactively notify customers about event changes, especially those impacted by weather or other disruptions.
• Collaborate with teams across the organization to ensure accurate and up-to-date event information is reflected on the platform.
• Communicate with customers about any reported incidents, coordinating responses with key stakeholders to determine the best course of action.
• Analyze event trends and potential issues, taking preemptive steps to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist in process improvements to enhance response efficiency for future events.

• Strong Communicator: You have excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Problem Solver: You thrive in fast-paced environments and excel in finding creative solutions under pressure.
• Detail-Oriented: You ensure that all information shared with customers is accurate and timely.
• Self-Motivated: You take ownership of issues, are proactive, and consistently deliver high-quality work in a dynamic environment.

Work Schedule:

This is a full-time role with flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, depending on live event schedules. You’ll be required to work in the office at least three days per week to collaborate effectively with your team.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service, event management, or incident response.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills are a plus.
• Ability to work well with cross-functional teams and handle multiple priorities.
