Events are typically scheduled during the week and weekend from 4:30-+:30pm
Set up tables, linens, signage, and chairs for events
Assist guests arriving at the front desk and direct them where to go
Set up and replenish food and refreshment areas as necessary
Clean up after events - put away tables, linens, and other decor items

Knowledge Services is currently hiring multiple Event Staff for part-time, on-call positions. The Event Staff will help support conferences, large meetings, and various events hosted at Crosspoint Center. Events are typically scheduled during the week and weekend from 4:30-+:30pm. Paid training will be provided for this position.
