Job description
We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and creative Wedding Event Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients to plan and execute weddings from concept to completion, ensuring every detail is perfect and every moment is magical.

Responsibilities:
• Meet with clients to understand their vision, budget, and preferences
• Create detailed wedding plans, timelines, and layouts
• Coordinate with vendors (caterers, florists, DJs, etc.)
• Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown
• Manage on-site logistics and troubleshoot issues on the wedding day
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients throughout the planning process
• Ensure events comply with safety, legal, and insurance regulations
• Deliver outstanding customer service that exceeds client expectations

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a wedding or event coordinator
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and solve problems quickly
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
