Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and organized Event Planning & Management Tutor to conduct offline sessions for school students (age 13–17 years) in Delhi. The ideal candidate should be experienced in planning various types of events and capable of teaching young learners how to organize, manage, and execute successful events with confidence and structure.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct engaging, age-appropriate classes on event planning and management tailored for school students.
• Teach the purpose and types of events (school events, community gatherings, celebrations, awareness campaigns, etc.).
• Guide students through the steps of planning an event, from concept to execution.
• Emphasize time management, task delegation, communication, and teamwork.
• Train students in creating event checklists, budgeting basics, scheduling, and logistics.
• Use real or mock event scenarios to provide hands-on planning experience.
• Encourage creativity, leadership, and practical thinking in planning and managing events.

Requirements:
• Master’s degree (mandatory) in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in event planning, teaching, or training in event/project management.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience working with school students in offline environments.
• Comfortable conducting in-person sessions across school students in Delhi.
• Passion for inspiring creativity, leadership, and collaboration through real-world skills.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From ₹2,000.00 per hour

Schedule:
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:
• Performance bonus
