Event Management Coordinator

Job Overview
As an Event Ticket Coordinator with AEG, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for the administrative and technical duties related to ticket management of concerts and family events held at various venues. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, organizational abilities, and experience working in ticket operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Setup of concerts and family events on Ticketmaster's Host and Archtics Systems
Work with Event Booking and Marketing on scaling and preshow setup
Direct communication with various promoter and tour representatives
Prepare all settlement reports on event night
Prepare daily sales reports and deposits

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree required
1-2 years' experience working in ticket operations
Ticketmaster and Archtics experience required
Excellent customer service skills and organizational skills
