We are looking for a dynamic and driven individual who has experience in the government events industry and has a passion for creating memorable and successful events.Key Responsibilities: Plan, organize, and execute government events of varying sizes and complexities. Liaise with government agencies and stakeholders to ensure all event logistics and protocols are met. Conduct thorough research to identify suitable venues, vendors, and suppliers for the event. Prepare and manage event budgets, including negotiating contracts and pricing with vendors. Create and maintain project timelines and coordinate with team members to ensure the timely completion of tasks. Premium stall fabrication. Manage event registration processes and track attendance. Oversee event set-up and breakdown, ensuring all details are executed flawlessly. Coordinate with marketing teams to promote the event and reach the target audience. Prepare post-event reports and evaluate the success of the event.
