Firm Type: Law Firm, Experience: 2 Years, A law firm is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Attorney to join their team in Carrollton, TX
The ideal candidate will assist in managing a high-volume civil litigation docket, attend hearings and trials, and handle various responsibilities related to litigation management
Bar Admission: Must be admitted to the Texas Bar.Skills: Strong organizational, research, and writing skills; ability to handle multiple tasks and manage a high-volume docket efficiently.Travel: Willingness to travel throughout Texas as needed
Education and Certifications:Degree: Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Duties and Responsibilities:Manage Litigation Docket: Assist in managing a high-volume civil litigation docket, ensuring efficient case management and progress
Court Appearances: Attend hearings and trials in the assigned area of Texas; travel to other parts of the state as required
File Management: Review and update case files, track the status of pending litigation, and manage calendars
Document Preparation: Prepare and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.Negotiations: Negotiate the resolution of pending litigation with opposing counsel and other parties
Client Interaction: Communicate with clients to provide updates and gather necessary information
