The ideal candidate will assist in managing a high-volume civil litigation docket, attend hearings and trials, and handle various responsibilities related to litigation management
Bar Admission: Must be admitted to the Texas Bar.Skills: Strong organizational, research, and writing skills; ability to handle multiple tasks and manage a high-volume docket efficiently.Travel: Willingness to travel throughout Texas as needed
Education and Certifications:Degree: Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Document Preparation: Prepare and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.Negotiations: Negotiate the resolution of pending litigation with opposing counsel and other parties
Client Interaction: Communicate with clients to provide updates and gather necessary information
