Entry Level Graphic Design

Key Responsibilities:
Design creative and visually compelling graphics, layouts, and illustrations for websites, social media, print materials, presentations, and campaigns.
Collaborate with Marketing, Content, and Product teams to understand project requirements and deliver impactful visual solutions.
Develop and maintain brand identity across all design assets.
Produce high-quality visual content while adhering to brand guidelines and exploring new creative directions.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, integrating them into your work.
Participate in ideation and brainstorming sessions, contributing fresh ideas to visual strategies.
Manage multiple projects efficiently, meeting deadlines without compromising on quality.
Edit and retouch images, optimize layouts, and ensure design output is polished and professional.
Coordinate with external creatives like photographers, printers, and illustrators for successful execution of projects.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a diverse and strong portfolio.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Solid understanding of design fundamentals including typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
High attention to detail and a collaborative mindset.
Ability to accept feedback and adapt designs accordingly.
Familiarity with UI/UX principles and web design is a plus.
Experience with motion graphics or video editing is a bonus.
Understanding of branding and marketing concepts is advantageous.
