As an Event Coordinator, you will assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of a wide range of events, including corporate functions, conferences, weddings, and social gatherings
Assist in the planning and execution of events from start to finish
Coordinate event logistics, including venue setup, catering, transportation, and audiovisual needs
Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and event staff to ensure smooth operations
Create and maintain detailed event timelines, budgets, and schedules
Support marketing and promotional efforts, including social media and email campaigns
Monitor event progress and troubleshoot any issues that arise during execution
Provide on-site event support, ensuring a seamless guest experience
Collect and analyze feedback to improve future events
