ERP Administrator Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an ERP Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, configuration, performance tuning, and maintenance of database software.

You will also develop custom applications and reports, troubleshoot and resolve software issues, provide training and support to users, stay up to date on the latest software releases, add and delete users, implement, audit, and maintain security, set up, administer, and maintain SQL databases, and troubleshoot problems with vendors and internal users.

The ideal candidate for this position should have a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field and at least 5 years of experience with ERP administration. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as excellent English communication, both written and oral, and interpersonal skills.

Experience with ERP software such as SAP, Vista, NetSuite, and Dynamics is highly desirable, as is experience with programming languages such as OutSystems and PowerBI.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
