We’re on the hunt for an Engagement & Sponsorship Manager to take the reins of our event experiences, sponsorship strategy, and community engagement initiatives - all while championing a diverse portfolio of brands that change lives.
About the role
As the Engagement & Sponsorship Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind exciting, student-focused events and powerful partnerships that build brand love and deliver real results.
You’ll lead a creative, national team to design and deliver standout experiences - from headline expos and open days to digital-first events and strategic sponsorships. You’ll collaborate with passionate marketers, educators, and senior leaders to bring bold ideas to life across Australia.

What you’ll do
Lead from the front – Drive the strategy and execution of high-impact events, sponsorships, and campus activations across the country
Deliver unforgettable experiences – Create moments that matter for prospective students through innovative in-person and online events
Own key partnerships – Identify, negotiate, and activate sponsorships that elevate our brands and open new opportunities
Amplify our message – Roll out exciting promotional campaigns that bring visibility to our education brands
Inspire and lead your team – Manage and motivate a dynamic, remote Campus Activation Team, nurturing a culture of creativity and excellence
Track the impact – Use insights and analytics to continually improve and innovate everything you do
Be the connector – Collaborate across marketing, admissions, and leadership teams to keep our audience at the heart of every experience

Qualifications
A degree in marketing, event management, business, or related field
5+ years of experience leading events, sponsorships, or experiential marketing (bonus points if it’s in education!)
Experience managing remote or multi-location teams
Strong project management and campaign planning skills
Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership abilities
A head for data and a heart for storytelling
Tech-savvy with tools like Salesforce and event platforms
Willingness to travel for events and work flexibly when needed
