Job description
We're looking for a highly skilled and Informatica MDM-certified Consultant to join our team at Pingahla. This role is ideal for someone with strong hands-on experience in Informatica MDM (on-prem & Informatica Cloud) who can also lead customer workshops, installations, and strategy sessions to drive MDM adoption and best practices.

Job Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and optimize Informatica MDM solutions (on-prem & cloud) to meet customer requirements.

• Lead MDM workshops and training sessions to educate stakeholders on data governance, stewardship, and best practices.

• Conduct MDM assessments, define implementation roadmaps, and provide strategic recommendations.

• Design and implement data models, match & merge rules, hierarchy management, and data quality processes.

• Lead discussions with customers to align MDM solutions with business objectives and compliance needs.

• Troubleshoot and resolve MDM-related issues, ensuring high data accuracy and integrity.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data governance, IT, and business leaders to ensure a seamless MDM deployment.

Key Qualifications:

Informatica MDM Certified (must have certification).

5+ years of experience implementing and managing Informatica MDM solutions (on-prem & cloud).

Strong understanding of MDM architecture, data modeling, match/merge logic, and hierarchy management.

Experience in full-cycle MDM implementations, including installations, configurations, and optimizations.

Ability to lead customer workshops, provide training, and drive adoption of MDM best practices.

Excellent communication skills-able to bridge the gap between business users and technical teams.

Deep understanding of MDM from a people, process, and technology perspective.
