Brief Job Description: To analyze IIoT data and communicate to concerned customers for performance improvement. To support subscription renewal business through customer delight.

Critical Competencies of the job
• Technical experience: boiler/heater operation and maintenance
• Using excel/R/Python being able to collect, clean, and analyze datasets to identify trends and insights.
• Knowledge of heat & mass transfer, and basic engineering principles.
• Good verbal and written-English communication for interacting with customers.
• Ability to learn fast.

Role & Responsibilities:

Functional:
• Monitor data from IoT Assets (Boilers and Heaters).
• Analysing data from boilers/heaters, gauging performance, and suggest improvements for better performance.
• Observing for any kind of abnormalities in the system using data.
• Creating visualizations and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders and team members.
• Interacting with customers: suggesting actionable recommendations, and reporting abnormalities and their possible consequences. Prepare performance reports, detecting abnormalities if any, for these assets on a weekly basis.
• Perform case studies with data-based-investigations on connected Assets.
