Job Description

As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring seamless order processing, logistics coordination, and inventory management. Your responsibilities will include:
• Processing orders and coordinating with our warehouse for efficient order fulfillment.
• Managing logistics and working closely with courier partners to ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintaining accurate inventory levels and ensuring stock availability at all times.
• Generating regular MIS reports to track logistics, inventory, orders, and other operational metrics.
• Handling B2B orders and collaborating with logistics teams to meet customer demands.
• Providing exceptional customer service, addressing queries and concerns related to logistics in a prompt and professional manner.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess:
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, enabling you to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Relevant skills and interests that align with our company values.
• Flexibility to relocate to Gurgaon or neighboring cities (for freshers).
Estimated Salary: 5,00,000 - 7,00,000 INR per annum
