• Fastor WhatsMarket - The complete WhatsApp Marketing and Engagement Automation platform that helps businesses to improve customer acquisition, engagement, and satisfaction
• CovidMealsForIndia.com - This was a not-for-profit platform launched during the second Covid wave when India was going through one of its toughest times, and was able to impact over 5 Lakh Indians across 800+ cities within the first month of its launch. The platform allows its user to easily get information and access to meal providers in their area. On the counterpart, it allows meal providers (like home chefs, food outlets, organisations etc.) to register and list themselves as Service Providers on the platform.

Job Highlights
An Ecommerce Manager for online platforms is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive sales and expand product offerings/visibility on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, other online platforms
Job Description:
• Manage product listings, including writing product descriptions, optimising titles and keywords, and managing product images
• Manage customer reviews and feedback to improve product ratings.
• Coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure inventory levels are maintained.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall customer experience and satisfaction.
• Coordinate with clients, internal teams, and vendors to maintain and manage website content and operations
• Get client requests managed and fulfilled through concerned stakeholders

Who can apply?

• 1-2 years of previous experience
