About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated E-Pharmacy Expert to join our growing digital health ecosystem. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on expertise in managing and scaling e-pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, driving customer engagement, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role requires flexibility to work across India and the Philippines, adapting strategies to local markets and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage end-to-end e-pharmacy operations including procurement, inventory management, logistics, and customer support.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with e-pharmacy laws, drug licensing, data protection, and online healthcare guidelines in India and the Philippines.
• Collaborate with technology teams to integrate telehealth, digital health, and e-commerce platforms for seamless user experience.
• Develop and implement growth strategies for customer acquisition, retention, and engagement in both geographies.
• Build and manage partnerships with local pharmacies, distributors, and logistics providers.
• Monitor and analyze business KPIs (sales, order fulfilment, TAT, operational efficiency) and implement process improvements.
• Provide subject matter expertise for product development, marketing campaigns, and digital health initiatives.
• Act as a bridge between stakeholders in India and the Philippines to align operations and best practices.
Requirements
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy / Life Sciences / Healthcare Management / Business Administration (MBA preferred).
• Experience: 4–8 years of proven experience in e-pharmacy, healthcare e-commerce, or digital health platforms.
• In-depth knowledge of Indian e-pharmacy ecosystem and familiarity with Philippines healthcare regulations.
• Strong understanding of drug compliance, online prescription validation, and supply chain management.
• Hands-on experience in digital platforms, payment gateways, and online order fulfilment workflows.
• Ability to work in a multi-geography environment and adapt to local cultural and regulatory nuances.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
Preferred Attributes
• Experience with telehealth and digital health integration.
• Strong network with pharmacies, healthcare providers, and distributors in India and/or the Philippines.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to scale operations in emerging markets.
• Willingness to travel frequently between India and the Philippines.
