E commerce Operations executive

We are seeking an

experienced E-Commerce Operations Executive with a robust background in product listings on

major platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho. The ideal candidate will be responsible for

managing and optimizing our online product listings to ensure effective presentation and reach our

target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Listing Management:

Create, update, and optimize product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and other

relevant platforms.

• Content Creation:

Write compelling product descriptions, optimize images, and ensure all content adheres to
platform guidelines and best practices.

• SEO Optimization:

Implement SEO strategies to enhance product visibility and rankings on e-commerce

platforms.

• Inventory Management:

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure stock

availability.

• Performance Analysis:

Analyze sales performance, traffic data, and conversion rates to identify trends and make

data-driven recommendations.

• Customer Service:

Address customer inquiries and feedback related to listings, ensuring a high level of

customer satisfaction.

• Market Research:

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new platform features to enhance
our e-commerce strategy.

• Collaboration:

Work closely with marketing, design, and logistics teams to support overall e-commerce

initiatives.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in e-commerce operations, specifically with product listings on Amazon,

Flipkart, and Meesho.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce metrics, SEO principles, and online marketing

strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
